Hush Until You Heal
FROM THE AUTHOR WHO''S BEEN FEATURED ON THE DOCTOR OZ SHOW, PREACHERS OF ATLANTA, CNN, NIGHTLINE, AND PRAISE IN THE PARK ATLANTA The pain you experience may not be your fault, but the healing is your responsibility. This book will help you understand that God sometimes allows our souls to be broken so our spirits can be saved. If you want to experience God''s plan for your life, you need to stop speaking the enemy''s lies. During times of brokenness or trauma, it''s easy to believe this one season will define our entire lifetime. But that''s not what God intends. He wants the crushing and the pain to produce the anointing that takes us to the next level--and He wants our words to line up with that belief. Though the pain we experience may not be our fault, the healing is our responsibility. And if we choose not to walk the difficult path toward healing, we will speak toxic words that wound others and keep us stuck in a cycle of heartache and defeat. In Hush Until You Heal, Real Talk Kim shows readers how God uses the brokenness the enemy meant for evil to lead us to victory. If we will trust Him, what could be the worst season of our lives will be turned into the best, because God works all things together for our good. In her trademark, authentic style, Real Talk Kim shares candidly from her own experiences, cautioning readers not to agree with the enemy''s lies by speaking negative words over themselves or others. Instead, they must choose to hush until they heal so God can work in their hearts and bring healing, restoration, and breakthrough. One season doesn''t have to define a lifetime. Jesus loves to use the worst pasts to create the best futures! Gold Rush Burgess Descendents
This book, my friends, will share victories to uplift your spirit, educate your mind, and expand your knowledge. You see, much of our history was hidden, unknown, and destroyed, by those hoping it would never be discovered. The enslaved were not supposed to know how to read and write, yet they managed to leave an everlasting mark on history. African American history consists of gold mines, owning land, vast creativity, and great strength. I will share original documents such as deeds, maps, vouchers, and the actual locations my grandfather and great-great-grandfather stood in, like the Emmanuel Church. My family history is a part of American history. In fact, American history is a part of world history, and I look forward to revealing valuable facts and timelines about a period of history worth knowing.

The Co-Parenting Bible

release date: Jan 14, 2021
The Co-Parenting Bible
A divorce is often a difficult time for any family, but communication is vital. The children need to understand that they aren''t liable for what''s happening. They also have to realize that both parents love them and need to be in their lives. This will help children to cope with the various changes which will occur with a divorce. It is an honest idea for the adults to sit down with the children to debate the difficulty of divorce. Some parents prefer to do that with all of the children at just one occasion. Others find it''s better to try to do so with each child one at a time. This is often due to age differences and the individual personalities of every child. The responsibility of telling the children about the divorce should never fall on the shoulders of just one parent. Both parents need to work together to help the children pull through the inconveniences of divorce. The youngsters will feel safer hearing the gist from both of their parents instead of only one of them. The children don''t have to know all of the little details of why the oldsters are divorcing. It shouldn''t become a blame game where each of the oldsters tries to get the youngsters to be on their side over the matter. Give children time to reflect on what is happening. Albeit they likely have a thought that things aren''t going well within the home, they''ll be shocked by the thought of a divorce. Allow them to know they will come to either parent with questions that they''ll have about it. It is often an honest idea to have another meeting with both parents and every one of the children or each child individually. This will give the youngsters a while to affect their thoughts about divorce. They''ll be more able to mention it now than they were once you first told them about it. This book offers you different perspectives on how to effectively plan for divorce in such a way that the welfare of your children is not affected. If you looking to transiting from marriage to co-parenting through a divorce, then this book is tailored towards helping you achieve that effortlessly.

Nurse Bedside Shift Report and the Reduction of Medication Errors

release date: Jan 01, 2021
Nurse Bedside Shift Report and the Reduction of Medication Errors
Medication errors remain a pervasive issue in healthcare. Medication error rates were increasing at the project site so an evidence-based solution was sought. The purpose of this quantitative quasi-experimental quality improvement project was to determine if the implementation of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality''s (AHRQ) Nurse Bedside Shift Report Implementation Handbook would impact medication errors when compared to current practice among adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care hospital in rural Arkansas over four weeks. The theoretical foundation for the project utilized Peplau''s theory of interpersonal relationships and Kurt Lewin''s change model. The total sample size was 63, n = 29 in the comparative group and n = 34 in the implementation group. Data was obtained from the electronic medical record. A chi-squared test was used to analyze the data which indicated no statistically significant difference in reducing medication errors X2 (1, N = 63) = 2.42, p = 0.120. Despite the lack of statistical significance in reducing rates of medication errors, there was a clinical significance in reducing medication errors from 6.9% in the comparative group to 0% in the implementation group. Therefore, the implementation of the AHRQ''s Nurse Bedside Shift Report Implementation Handbook could aide in reducing medication errors in this population and setting. Recommendations include sustaining the project and data reanalyzed over six months to determine if the small sample size and short project timeline impacted achieving both statistical and clinical significance.

Numerical Investigation of Lateral Behaviour of a Large Pile Group Supporting an LNG Tank
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks are often supported by very large pile groups (≥ 100 piles). As these superstructures tend to be located along coastal areas, there is often a high risk of extreme lateral loading caused by either seismic, flooding or hurricane activity. In many cases, the foundation design can be governed by the required lateral resistance. At present, the responses of large pile groups subjected to lateral loading are not well understood. Published guidance for design is premised upon experimental testing of smaller pile groups (
