Divine Assignment is an inspirational book for all Christian soldiers everywhere (past, present, and future) that have been snatched out of the fiery, burning inferno, only by the grace and mercy of our Father God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the sweet Holy Spirit. As you read this book, many of you will be inspired to serve the Lord with an even greater determination, boldness, zeal, and love for God and humanity. This book will help you understand that you are on a divine assignment for Jesus the Christ, and hell has nothing for you or anything positive to offer you. Many of you have read some of my books in the past. You know by now that this book, Divine Assignment, is not for just anyone. It may offend the religious scribes, Sadducees, and Pharisees. If this book offends you and keeps you out of hell, then it will have served its purpose. Jesus offended many. The Word still offends many today. In my prayers, I thank God for you knowing that you are heaven-bound. As you read this book, you will know that you are on the cutting edge and that you have tremendous possibilities and mega potential in God’s army.

The Psychology of Jesus the Messiah

release date: Dec 24, 2014
The Psychology of Jesus the Messiah
This book is about psychology and how Christ the Son of God used psychology on a daily basis to help him in dealing with people. Remember, Jesus was all man and all God. He did not need anyone to tell him what people were like. Dr. Jesus knew the principles and psychology of human relationships and human nature and was indeed a serious student of human behavior. His practical insight and personal experience in dealing with people helped to fashion His human relationships with others. It helped Him to identify the psychological and behavior issues with mankind. The Gospels tell us of many encounters that Christ had with people. Even though Jesus was and is the greatest Counselor and Psychologist of all ages, He never had a business card, an office, web site, cell phone, computer, diploma, degree, or any written credentials; yet he knew his patients inside and out. People who met Jesus were changed in one way or the other. Many times their minds were completely renewed...their souls comforted...and their bodies healed. As you read this book, you will find out how Jesus used psychology in His daily life and that Dr. Jesus loved all people regardless of color, gender, creed, or nationality. He continues to love unconditionally. Question? Is Jesus Lord over everything? Yes. Let me reiterate. This includes psychology and psychiatry. Since He invented and created the psyche of the mind, He certainly understands the fundamental concepts of human nature and behavior from a scientific point of view and from God''s point of view. Christ was and still is the greatest Therapist and Counselor that the world has ever known. Many well intentioned Christians believe that the root of psychology is bad and has no acceptance in Christianity or the church. Others believe that Christianity and psychology do not mix and that psychology takes the opposite approach of Scripture. This is NOT true even though research shows that some pastors do feel uncomfortable or unequipped to address mental illness because mental illness is still "taboo" in many ways. The belief and use of Scripture are perhaps the most prevalent differences between the secular and Christian psychology worlds. For the Christian psychologist, the worldview must be determined by Scripture. As Christians, we see our clients as individuals in need of Jesus Christ. Furthermore, our understanding of mental illness and disorder is also based upon a Scripture-oriented global view. In recent years, psychologists have begun recognizing that we are a tri-part being...soul, spirit, and body...and that our spirituality impacts our lives; however, some traditional psychological theories and models are still based upon naturalism and are insufficient from a Christian worldview. Secular psychology is not wrong. It just needs to be integrated into the Christian model as determined by Scripture. The successful integration of psychology and Christianity has long been a passion of many Christian leaders and believers. Can the integration of theology and psychology complement each other? Absolutely! As humans, we develop and operate according to biological, psychological, and social influences as well as spiritual influence. As adults we use psychology (sometimes reverse psychology) to get what we want. Men do this all the time as well as women. Hence, we all use psychology in our daily lives quite often without even thinking about it. Was Jesus the Messiah the first psychiatrist? Yes. Let me elaborate on the word "Messiah" It means "the anointed one..".and has come to be understood "as a savior or liberator of a group of people." In the Hebrew (Old Testament), messiah means king or High Priest. The Jewish Messiah was and is a leader anointed by God and He physically descended from the Davidic line...who will rule the tribes of Israel...and herald in the Messianic Age of global peace also known as the new World to Come.

Desperate and Lonely Housewives

release date: Jun 01, 2009
Desperate and Lonely Housewives
"Desperate and Lonely Housewives, a Novel: Beautiful and Sexy Women of Waterford" is not a sex book, but it is a book about sex, passion, lies, sins, murder, intrigue, and other issues of morality found within our society today. The following stories allow you to see what has been going on for decades behind closed doors within small communities, especially the church. How do I know? For one thing, I have been there. Almost all of these scenes are true. As previously stated, I have changed the names to protect the guilty. I am extremely familiar with societal norms and the church scene in the Southern communities. Actually, anyone involved in the Church today…could have written this book. As you know, the Church is not infallible. You have read and/or seen the situations within the Church in the past three decades. It''s not a pretty scene. All denominations have had their problems. Many people who read this book will think that I am blatantly and overtly criticizing the Church. That is certainly NOT my intent. My purpose in writing this book is to allow you the freedom to think and to admit that changes are indeed needed in our society, especially in our churches and families. We need to communicate more. We need to cast out the two by four that is in our own eye before we can see how to cast out the splinter from our neighbor''s eye. We need to have more compassion and be more caring, regardless of a person''s past. Any fool can criticize…and most fools do.From the very first chapter, you will be mesmerized by the entrance of “The Sexy and Seductive Choir Director” who attends The First Church on Blue Street in Waterford. The 650 parishioners are a mixture of middle class America to include blue collar, white collar, and all in between. The town of Waterford is a sleepy little giant that has a lot of energetic, bored, and sex crazy people who are very rapidly getting antsy and tense. They want more out of life...but exactly what...they have no idea. Then enters the Blue Street Sultry and Sensuous Choir Director who is a beautiful, tall, slender, big-breasted blonde…looking for action.Other chapters deal with steamy and hot love affairs, a love triangle, a “peeping-tom”, a church treasurer who is a thief, a scam which causes the Pastor to commit suicide, the church Judas (betrayer), the funeral which gives way to adultery, and the temptation which is just too great for the visiting evangelist.Every chapter will have you sitting on the edge of your chair, especially Chapter 13 “Who Killed Jack Henry?” One tragic late afternoon, Jack Henry, a deacon at Blue Street, was murdered…shot to death in his own home. He loved animals. He loved the big outdoors. He loved hunting and fishing. He loved his family. His biggest passion was horses. For five years, Jack and a lady named Jill…had an illicit love affair going on. They spent every spare moment together, mostly at the Waterford Stables. But neither of them could have known what was going to happen on May 1st of that year. Jill remembers the last time she saw Jack. It was a sunny spring day. “He told me he loved me and then kissed me goodbye.”

American Soldier
"When war comes, you look for certain special qualities in the people you''ll be working with. General Tom Franks embodies those qualities: strength, experience, a keen mind, energy, honor, good humor, and a deep loyalty to his troops and to his country. "Tom Franks is truly a soldier''s soldier." -- Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld The Commander in Chief of the United States Central Command from July 2000 through July 2003, General Tommy Franks made history by leading American and Coalition forces to victory in Afghanistan and Iraq -- the decisive battles that launched the war on terrorism. In this riveting memoir, General Franks retraces his journey from a small-town boyhood in Oklahoma and Midland, Texas, through a lifetime of military service -- including his heroic tour as an Artillery officer in Vietnam, where he was wounded three times. A reform-minded Cold War commander and a shrewd tactician during Operation Desert Storm, Franks took command of CENTCOM at the dawn of what he calls a "crease in history" -- becoming the senior American military officer in the most dangerous region on earth. Now, drawing on his own recollections and military records declassified for this book, Franks offers the first true insider''s account of the war on terrorism that has changed the world since September 11, 2001. He puts you in the Operations Center for the launch of Operation Enduring Freedom just weeks after 9/11, capturing its uncertain early days and the historic victory that followed. He traces his relationship with the demanding Donald Rumsfeld, as early tensions over the pace of the campaign gave way to a strong and friendly collaboration. When President Bush focused world attention on the threat of Iraq, Franks seized the moment to implement a bold new vision of joint warfare in planning Operation Iraqi Freedom. Rejecting Desert Storm–style massive troop deployment in favor of flexibility and speed, Franks was questioned by the defense establishment -- including Secretary of State Colin Powell. Yet his vision was proven on the ground: Within three weeks, Baghdad had fallen. American Soldier is filled with revelation. Franks describes the covert diplomacy that helped him secure international cooperation for the war, and reveals the role of foreign leaders -- and a critical double agent code-named "April Fool" -- in the most successful military deception since D-Day in 1944. He speaks frankly of intelligence shortcomings that endangered our troops, and of the credible WMD threats -- including eleventh-hour warnings from Arab leaders -- that influenced every planning decision. He offers an unvarnished portrait of the "disruptive and divisive" Washington bureaucracy, and a candid assessment of the war''s aftermath. Yet in the end, as American Soldier demonstrates, the battles in Afghanistan and Iraq remain heroic victories -- wars of liberation won by troops whose valor was "unequalled," Franks writes, "by anything in the annals of war." Few individuals have the chance to contribute so much of themselves to the American story as General Tommy Franks. In American Soldier, he captures it all.
