Wie begegnen Schulleiterinnen und Schulleiter evangelischer Schulen gesellschaftlicher Pluralisierung? Auf Basis eines qualitativ-rekonstruktiven Forschungsansatzes werden handlungsleitende Orientierungen von Schulleitenden evangelischer Schulen rekonstruiert. Die vier herausgearbeiteten Idealtypen spannen sich in unterschiedlichen Facetten im Hinblick auf Religiosität, Sozialität und Funktionalität von Schule auf.
