For example, before we learn to multiple numbers, we have to understand how to sum numbers. If we have no concepts in summing numbers, we will not understand about how to multiple numbers. How to compute 7 times 4 7×4 = 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 From the above illustration, we can conclude that the basic of multiplication is summation. Consequently, we will find it hard to understand about math lessons. In addition, it can lead us to be stressful and feeling tired. The last, we will give it up. Choosing suitable books is also a potential tool for self-studying. Firstly, you have to understand what level you are in. I also want to mention that it is not the level that you learn at school but your brain level. Sometimes the level of the class does not match with students'' brain levels. For example, some students study in grade 12 but their brain levels in mathematics is grade 9 or lower. So, you should know yourself. There are a lot of Mathematics that you can find it at Bookshops, Amazon, etc. You should buy books from different authors because they will provide you different techniques in Mathematics. If it is not enough, you can find more on the Internet. There are a lot of great books and wonderful techniques there. The last thing is learning Mathematics meaning. Mathematics symbols are not important but the most important is its meaning. Don''t read the symbol but read mathematics meaning. Evaluating Green and Blue Roof Opportunities in Canadian Cities
Flat roof surfaces represent a significant proportion of urban areas and perform a variety of functions for buildings, with a corresponding variety of impacts on the urban environment and its infrastructure. One of the most important flat roof functions is the collection and discharge of rainwater, which especially during storms has a substantial impact on municipal sewer systems and the water bodies into which they discharge. The use of vegetated, or ''green'', roofs has become a prevalent strategy for mitigating the impacts of stormwater runoff from flat roof surfaces in urban areas, including in Canadian cities, and has received a significant amount of research attention. There is also a variety of ''blue'' roof strategies that involve detention or retention of rainwater, either on roof surfaces or in cisterns. These approaches have received considerably less research attention, particularly for large buildings. This study compares the performance of green and blue roof systems, based on their effectiveness as stormwater management strategies, as well as their life cycle energy, carbon dioxide, and economic impacts. The more qualitative attributes of green and blue roofs are also explored, as well as their compatibility with other rooftop technologies including solar photovoltaic panels, solar thermal hot water heating systems, and high albedo membranes. In this context, the apparently under-appreciated opportunities for rainwater harvesting and reuse inside buildings are examined for a variety of large building types in three Canadian cities with different climatic conditions: Calgary, Alberta, London, Ontario, and Halifax, Nova Scotia. From this investigation, recommended decision criteria are developed for the selection of the most appropriate green or blue roof strategies depending on the characteristics of a particular building project, including its size, occupancy, geographic location, and urban context. Limitations of this study''s methods, as well as issues in need of further research, are also discussed.

This book may be unpopular in some circles. The exposure of the truth usually is when it has been hidden or distorted (particularly by those who would profit most by its absence or continued distortion). Yet, are we not our brothers keeper? Are we not to assist or enlighten our kinsmen...our fellow human, if we can? Frequently, throughout these essays will be found references to the mystical forces that are indeed a part of our every day existence. I speak of the essence of fair play, charity, right...justice. These forces are more than just charming concepts or notions. They are forces that shape every living souls destiny...forces that we sometimes foolishly play with every day, often with terrible consequences. There are bogus philosophies being practiced that have been and are rapidly and steadily spelling the decline of humankind. I seek, with the readers indulgence and patience, to expose or illuminate our long practiced folly. I expect there to be great opposition, particularly from many of the Black segment of Christendom. For oftentimes, concepts and ideals are attacked and/or ostracized by the masses while being led by profiteers with selfish interests, especially if those ideals are not embraced by the masses. But, are the masses always right? What about a mob? The focal point of these essays is not to lament the plight of the so-called African American. Any number of American minorities (Native American, Hispanics, Oriental, et al) can be exemplary of the casualties of the American (European) encounter, though not necessarily to the same degree. I use the African American to illustrate what has happened to a segment of humanity (many of whom I believe to be descendants of the Lost Tribes of Israel, the Chosen Ones) whose ancestors dared to violate the laws and hold with contempt those forces which govern our daily existence and bring affront to the Great Spirit, The Mighty One. And if the Chosen of the Most High can receive such a fall from grace, then none are above or beyond reproach. Perhaps now is the time for other considerations...other possibilities.
