Posthuman Community Psychology is an exploration of mainstream psychology through a critical posthumanity perspective, examining psychology’s place in the world and its relationship with marginalised people, with a focus on people with disabilities. Chaff deployment as a countermeasure for airborne or seaborne vessels has evolved to combat current radar systems seeking to detect such vehicles. To this end, the rapid development of novel chaff particles and testing facilities is an essential component to modern defense capabilities. Outdoor atmospheric testing does not provide a convenient avenue for evaluation of experimental particle geometries, giving rise to indoor testing of chaff being the industry standard. This thesis describes a new approach to the construction of indoor testing facilities, where airflow from fans provides suspension for a chaff cloud, better mimicking an atmospherically released cloud. A custom testing process was established to ensure data collection met accuracy standards. The chaff studied in the experiment were divided into two types: fully flooded metal flakes and patterned metal flakes. The patterns developed were designed for the purpose of producing more extinction, and acted as the experimental group in the study. The results of experimentation showed the patterns performed as intended, and triggered much more scattering of the propagating electromagnetic wave. In addition, the results validated the constructed testing facility and process, as well as proved there is room for sufficient growth in chaff particle design, and that novel designs can provide increased extinction of the signal from a radar system.

We are making this request as it will help spur conversation as well as help add extra context to the content within each chapter.

This study was aimed at understanding the various factors that affect pressure to succeed amongst American college students, with an emphasis on the financial burden of tuition. Previous research on tuition costs demonstrates that the cost to attend university has steadily and drastically increased since the mid-1970s. Student well-being and satisfaction is considered in light of the many causes of stress in a student''s everyday life. The burden of tuition, familial pressure, and academic self-concept are discussed as dynamic factors in student pressure to succeed. Student well-being and the impact of stress on student learning is also introduced in the research. In this study I analyzed students'' pressure to succeed using a survey that was distributed over the online platform Prolific to 78 participants . Results indicated that the most highly correlated factor with overall reported pressure was tuition cost. Second to tuition, I found that parental pressure was marginally correlated with overall pressure. Lastly, there was no correlation between academic self-concept and overall reported pressure. Possible causes for these findings are discussed. I hope that this research will create further interest into possible areas that affect students'' pressure to succeed and aims at promoting equal opportunity for all students to succeed in higher education.

However, there was a gap in the literature concerning the relationship between campaign website visitor privacy preferences, content personalization, and trust in the candidate or campaign. This dissertation presents the idea that user preferences regarding privacy and personalization inform the design process of such websites and impact user trust.
