Background: Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) can be prepared from the patientu2019s peripheral blood. It releases several signal molecules, such as PDGF, TGF-u03b2, and VEGF, which promote tissue regeneration. It is likely that covering the surgical wound with PRF stimulates healing. However, PRF alone does not have enough mechanical strength to be sutured on the surgical wound.Aims and Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the effect of the combination of the low speed centrifuged platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and thin elastic polymer mesh on the surgical wound for widening keratinized mucosa around the implant at the second surgery.Materials and Methods: In total, 10 patients aged 40-65 (mean 50.7) years, 5 male and 5 females, were included in this study. In these patients, the width of keratinized mucosa (KM) around the implants at the lower jaw was less than 3mm. Smokers and patients with systemic diseases that could interfere with the healing, were excluded from this clinical study. Under local anesthesia, a partial-thickness flap was raised from the periosteum. The vestibular flap is apically displaced and sutured to the periosteum. Immediately after peripheral blood was obtained from the patientu2019s arm vein, the blood in the plastic tube was centrifuged at low speed (208g, 8min). The upper layer was transferred and combined with a thermoplastic olefin elastomer (TPO) thin sheet in the flat glass container. The combined material of PRF and the mesh was placed on the wound dehiscence and sutured. The combined material was removed together with other stitches at 10-14 days after the surgery. The surgical site was observed and photographed up to 6 weeks.Results: The combined material of PRF and TPO sheet was easily placed and sutured on the surgical wound. The application of the combined material to the surgical wound was clinically effective, increasing the width of keratinized mucosa around the implants in all the cases. Notably, the patients did not feel any distinct pain after the surgery. The average length of KM of all patients is 6.17mm.Conclusion: The combined material of PRF and TPO sheet is useful for surgical wound coverage. TPO sheet protects the wound and stabilizes the PRF around implants. PRF is contributed to angiogenesis by participating in cell-cell cross talk and expressing various signaling molecules. PRF and TPO sheet combination shows a synergistic effect. TPO sheet can be clinically useful for soft tissue healing. However, further studies are necessary to figure out the effect on TPO sheet on peri-implant biology.

Mais Yûsei a le plus grand mal à se débarrasser de « Beelzeus ». Parviendra-t-il à libérer le coeur de son ami ? Pendant leur duel, le rituel de résurrection du dieu ultime continue !!

Le riding duel entre Rex Goodwin et le Roi absolu, Jack Atlus, continue. Jack a le plus grand mal à se débarrasser du Duel Dragon de Goodwin, « Dragoascension ». Comment ce duel va-t-il se terminer ? Sur l’escalier du ciel boréal, le Chevalier Squelette barre le chemin à Yûsei. Yûsei doit gagner s’il veut sauver Secto !!

Le roi Jack est acculé par la stratégie « combo sans carte en main et zéro point de vie » de Kiryû ! Mais Jack aurait-il un plan secret pour la contrer ? De son côté, Yûsei poursuit sa quête des Star Tickets, quand le Chevalier Squelette apparaît et lui apprend que Secto l''attend dans une forteresse volante de l''autre côté de la Duel Gate...

Nous sommes à l''époque Edo, au cours de la période Genroku. Rihan, commandant suprême de la seconde génération du clan Nura, est un bon vivant insaisissable. Mais lorsqu''un ennemi l''attaque, il le sabre avec habileté ! D''étranges yôkai surgissent les uns après les autres sur le territoire du clan Nura. Derrière ces apparitions, dissimulé dans les ténèbres, se cache un personnage aux sombres desseins...

Yûsei bat Rua et Luca, les jumeaux au Duel Dragon, au terme d''un duel acharné. La seconde phase du D1GP peut alors commencer ! Yûsei fonce vers le quatrième Duel Zodiac pour mettre la main sur un Duel Dragon. Mais Crow l''y attend ?!

Le D1GP entre dans sa seconde phase !! Yûsei s''en sort avec les honneurs, tandis que la psycho-duelliste Aki commence son riding duel contre Kiryû. Par contre, le comportement bizarre de Secto, qui détient une carte des ténèbres, est inquiétant... C''est alors qu''apparaît Jack Atlus qui ne demande pas mieux que de récupérer cette carte !

Après un premier duel contre Jack Atlus qui s''est soldé par une défaite au goût amer, Yûsei veut prendre sa revanche... Aussi, quand on lui propose de s''inscrire au tournoi D1GP qui pourrait, en cas de victoire, lui donner l''occasion de prendre sa revanche sur Jack, il n''hésite pas à seul instant ! Toutefois, il devra pour cela affronter des riding duelists tous aussi redoutables les uns que les autres...!
