Ganta Igarashi è stato imprigionato ingiustamente per omicidio nel carcere Deadman Wonderland, dove gli individui devono combattere per guadagnarsi l’antidoto per rimanere in vita. Insieme a Shiro, una strana ragazza che asserisce di conoscerlo fin da piccolo, e Yoh, un ladro con un grande talento a rintracciare le cose, ma con fini oscuri, deve tentare di sopravvivere al carcere e trovare l''Uomo Rosso, il vero assassino. Ma le cose non finiscono qui: Ganta inizia a sviluppare uno strano potere con cui riesce a manipolare il sangue per farlo diventare dei proiettili letali. Komik ini diterbitkan oleh penerbit Elex Media Komputindo pada Agustus tahun 2016. Di dunia ini, setiap orang dilahirkan dengan jiwa dan sembilan puluh persen garis kehidupan manusia sudah ditentukan. Layaknya DNA, rancangan jiwa membentuk kehidupan manusia. Kematian yang bertentangan dengan rancangan tersebut berpotensi mengacaukan jiwa-jiwa lain di dunia.
