The truth is, we all face various struggles that can push us to new limits that we never previously faced. The challenges of life can be very overwhelming at times, but counting it all joy can bring order to the chaos in our lives. Christians are not immune to feelings of frustrations. Sadly, it has seemingly become the new normal. But when you can count it all joy, it becomes a game changer. I pray this book will be as much a blessing to you as it was for me to write.

Nearly 40,000 people endured a 25 mile traffic jam in 90 degree heat without air-conditioning to see JFK at the N-Reactor Groundbreaking Ceremony. This was one of, if not the biggest event in the history of the Tri-Cities - Richland, Kennewick and Pasco, WA. The visit by JFK put a more poignant relief on his assassination for the local residents, just a scant two months later. Most of the photographs were taken by S. Walt Lewis, father of the author. "Currently, Singapore does not make an exception for asylum seekers to lawfully enter the country to seek protection. Although Singapore has opted out of its legal obligations to assist asylum seekers, questions pertaining to immigration must be considered in the context of justice.The aim of this thesis is to evaluate Singapore''s moral justifications for prohibiting asylum seekers from entering the country. By tracing the development of Singapore''s response to asylum seekers since the outbreak of the Indochinese refugee crisis, it is observed that the framework of moral communitarianism forms the moral basis of Singapore''s asylum policy. However, when applying the derived moral approach to evaluate Singapore''s immigration policy which governs the admission of other classes of potential entrants, it is found that the principle of communitarianism is not applied consistently to limit the flow of economic immigrants. While the restriction of asylum seekers into Singapore aims to protect the public environment of the citizens, Singapore''s opening of its borders to welcome economic immigrants has gone against this idea. Hence, this paper concludes that Singapore''s justifications for prohibiting the entrance of asylum seekers are morally impermissable and the state does not have the moral rghts to persistently exclude these individuals."--Author''s abstract
