Sie hat sich im Laufe der Zeit immer weiter entwickelt. Einer der ersten, der den Begriff der klugen Verstellung prägte, war der lebenskluge spanische Jesuit Baltasar Gracián, der im 17. Jahrhundert seine Mitmenschen genau beobachtete und aus dem Umgang mit ihnen seine Schlüsse zog. Seine Errungenschaften werden noch heute genutzt. Besonders bei der Ausbildung von Managern, die mit seiner Hilfe bessere Führungskräfte werden sollen. Ein Rat von Gracián ist zum Beispiel: „VerbindeSanftmut mit Härte!“Auf Führungsebenen, so auch im Unternehmen, kann sich nach Gracián auf Dauer nur derjenige halten, der charakterlich so disponiert ist, um die Klugheit der Schlange mit der Arglosigkeit der Taube in Einklang zu bringen. Ein Manager darf mithin weder als zu gerissen noch als ein belächelter Dummkopf erscheinen. Ist er ersteres, so misstraut man ihm, ist er letzteres, so wird er hintergangen. "Viel glaubt, wer nie lügt, und viel traut, wer nie täuscht. Es entspringt nicht allemal aus Dummheit, dass man betrogen wird, sondern bisweilen aus Güte. Man vereinige in sich die Taube und die Schlange, nicht als ein Ungeheuer, sondern vielmehr als ein Wunder". Anhand des „Exemplo I“ aus dem Buch „El Conde Lucanor“ von Don Juan Manuel und des Theaterstückes „El mejor alcalde, el rey“ von Lope de Vega, das erste Buch ist im Mittelalter und das zweite Werk zur Barockzeit entstanden, werde ich versuchen typische Aspekte der Verstellungskunst zu veranschaulichen. Im ersten Teil werde ich einige Formen und Varianten der Verstellung näher erläutern. Im Anschluss daran stelle ich die Bedeutung der Kunst sich zu verstellen bei Hofe und der damaligen Politik dar. Es wird deutlich werden, dass das Mittel der Verstellung ein sehr wichtiges Werkzeug des Regierens war und ist. Hier wird das möglichst optimale Verhalten des Höflings, bzw. Beraters oder Ministers, und des Königs im Einzelnen beschrieben.

La importancia de los meniscos en la Biomecanica de la rodilla ha sido un concepto de crecimiento evolucion en la ultimas decadas, en este estudio experimental pretendemos presentar las posibles ventajas entre los diferentes metodos de fijacion en la tecnica de aloinjerto meniscal. Para tal efecto, utilizamos 12 perros que fueron divididos en 4 grupos de 3 y se realizaron aloinjertos con diferencias en fijacion, tiempo de menisectomia y tipo de preservacion. Se analizaron los resultados histomorfometricos en terminos de celularidad blastica y madura al igual que la vascularidad y sus variaciones macroscopicas de tamano y forma. La respuesta celular y vascular fueron indicativos directos de la incorporacion biologica del injerto. En este estudio podemos concluir que los aloinjertos meniscales tienen la capacidad de integrarse adecuadamente a su tejido receptor y de sobrevivir en el medio articular de la rodilla del canino proporcionando una adecuada funcionalidad.
