Between March and May 2013, photographer Bruce Foster and poet Gregory O''Brein were temporary citizens of Santiago de Chile, staying in an apartment a short walk from the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo, where their works were included in the ''Kermadec - Art Across the Pacific'' exhibition. Camera in hand, Foster walked the streets of this ambiguous yet curiously animated city, with its buskers, military parades, stray dogs and cascades of water from the cannons of armoured vehicles; O''Brien wrote poems, seated at Cafe Sur or the Mosqueto (with its Fernando Pessoa placemats), or on a bench in the Parque Forestal. Together they observed the life of street, park, and busy intersection; they were drawn into the generous, abundant lives of their fellow citizens.

This is a fully revised and updated edition of the major work that teaches health professionals to utilize the 12-lead ECG in daily clinical practice. It deals with the analysis of the morphology of ECG waveforms in order to diagnose many conditions not related to rhythm, including ischemia, acute myocardial infarction, and hypertrophy of the heart muscle. Almost all other texts of morphologic interpretation for non-cardiologists rely heavily on memorizing electrocardiographic patterns. Critics have repeatedly charged that the orthodox formulation of the orthodox doctrine of the incarnation is logically incoherent. Several conservative writers have responded in various ways. Norman Geisler predicates logically incompatible attributes of Christ to his two natures. Millard Erickson relies on his version of the kenosis strategy. Thomas Morris formulates a two-minds model. Ronald Leigh steps out of the boundaries of orthodoxy and suggest a one-natured Christ. All of these views appear to suffer from various inadequacies. The best formulation of the incarnation doctrine is that of Kierkegaard's Absolute Paradox.
