For people that live in a first world country, when we think of water, we think of something common. It''s incredibly cheap to buy, there are free fountains where you can get it. It''s nothing special. In the scripture we read a story where Jesus turns water into wine. He takes something very simple, common, and worthless and He miraculously transforms it into a liquid which is much more valuable. It wasn''t just regular wine either, the scripture says that it was good wine. The process of creating wine is a lengthy one for someone who has never done it. You have to pick the grapes, crush them, ferment the liquid for a long time, and then age it for an even longer time. But God will turn your water into wine. You won''t have to go through the process, He can miraculously turn your ordinary circumstances into extraordinary favor in your life. He can turn your lead into gold, your sickness into health, your broken relationships into wholesome ones. He doesn''t have to go through the process of fermentation, He can do it miraculously and instantly.God will elevate you from where you are by moving supernaturally in your life. He will save you from yourself and let you see with new eyes. He will put His hand of protection over you and guide you into greener pastures. Jesus has been victorious over death but He has also been victorious in the physical realm. He healed people physically while He was healing them spiritually. He removed blindness, quenched hunger, cured mental illness, healed handicapped limbs, and much more. Don''t let your metaphoric blindness hold you back, Jesus is a blindness healer. Maybe you are being held back by a blind spot in your life, if this is the case then ask Him to show the blind spot to you, to remove it so you can see clearly once again. You may discover something about yourself that you never realized that was holding you back, and once you are aware of it God can move in and heal it. He will give you a new vision and a new perspective that you didn''t even think was possible. Only God can cause such a light to break through.God makes it clear in Deuteronomy that He will not leave you nor forsake you. He will always be by your side pleading your case for you and making a way where you don''t see one. He says many times throughout the Bible to fear not. If He is telling you not to be scared it''s because He knows the outcome of the situations you are in. He knows that you will come out victorious and you will be okay in the end. This is why He knows that you don''t need fear. You would need fear if you were in a dire situation that has an unknown outcome, but you have a known outcome that God has presented before you. You just need to stay in faith and know that it will come to pass and that He will work everything out for you in the end.He will not fail you, He will see you through to your destiny until the very end. He is saying that you can trust His competency. He is capable and able to bring you out of the valley and up to the peaks of the mountain. This is why you should not fear, because He always goes with you, and He is capable of bringing you through to your destiny. He is saying that He has unconditional love for you, in that He is willing to always go with you, and He has unconditional power, because He will not fail you. To be dismayed is to be stressed out and God is saying that you have no reason to be dismayed. You should not be stressed out but instead find solace in the fact that He is going with you and leading you to victory. He commands that you not fear and commands that you not be stressed out. They are not simply suggestions, but commands. "And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God."-Deuteronomy 28:2

A photo book documents Eliza James and her gym, Boxing is for girls in Salt Lake City. The images in this book give an up-close and artful view into the daily life of everyone who came to the gym during a week-long period and attempts to tell the story of everyday life at the gym.

After a day of fishing, two brothers run into a man that was going to change their lives forever, unbeknownst to them. The man informs them, that they were chosen. They were chosen from the beginning of time to save the world, and the human race from fallen angels and demons alike. Little did the brothers know just how much their lives were about to change. Along their journey, the brothers find out that they were quite different, than what they thought. The youngest, Heath, realized that he was more powerful than even the man knew about him. And Jason, trying to prove his worth, realized he was coming up short.Along their new journey, the brothers ran into some rocky and unstable circumstances. And just like normal brothers they fought, leaving Jason to try to save the world, and save his relationship with his brother. Meeting new friends along the way proves to Jason that not everything is as it seems.

This book is short and sweet, powerful and to the point without any extra fluff added. It originally began as a series of journal entries written to myself, to help keep my energy, motivation, hope and focus on point. I later extracted the entries and polished them into the book that is before you, which contains my best and most inspiring words.Here are some excerpts: The architecture of reality is perfect but we have lost our way. We have strayed from the abundance that life has to offer because we have believed our doubts. The path forward is to understand how our mind works and to not be a victim of doubt. God has put within us the capacity of free will. We have the power and the freedom to choose thoughts of prosperity, victory, and love and we also have the power and freedom to choose thoughts of defeat, isolation, and struggle. This is the freedom that we have been given.God is the source of all good, of all perfection, of all beauty, and of all love. He is the template that we use to focus our mind. He is the goodness that we seek to bring into our lives. When our focus is on Him and His infinite nature, it inspires something infinite within us as we reach toward Him. We have an infinite creative capacity as we are made in His image. He is the eternal victor that wins over all things bad and negative. He is the source of light that we orient ourselves to in order to bring that light into our reality.To praise God is to focus all of our being on the most perfect and infinite of things. It is to bring life to all our hopes, and to trust that everything will be okay. To praise God is to turn our minds away from the limitations of the physical world and toward His infinite nature as it flows into our life. It is to align ourselves with a higher attitude, with a mindset of total abundance and victory and to know that in the end we will succeed. There is someone on your side. There is someone fighting for you, on your side, waiting for you to use your free will. Waiting for you to make the right decision by changing your attitude so He can allow things that are congruent with your attitude. That is the meaning behind the phrase "Ask and you shall receive." If we don''t ask and we don''t believe then He is limited in His ability to work in our lives because we have made a choice of our own free will to revoke our dreams. If we choose to ignore our dreams, to ignore an attitude of positivity then our attitude will not cause us to bear good fruit. We need to water our mind with the things of God and goodness so that something magical can spring forth. Believe in yourself and let something miraculous spring forth.God is an infinite being, there is nothing that He cannot provide. The only limits are the limits that we place on ourselves by having a lack of faith in what is possible, in what we can achieve. The extent of our faith is in direct correlation to what we receive and achieve.No matter what situation you are in you can think, "I am free." No matter what situation you are in you can still think, "I am prosperous and I am abundant." And with the utterance of those first words a foundation is formed. Initially it may be weak, but through repetition, belief, and a great investment of energy you will build empires of thought so strong that no force on this earth will ever destroy them.

Sued for or threatened with infringement? Companies and innovators sued for infringement over software, Internet, or business-method patents have a new means for quick and relatively low-cost resolution. By using the recently enacted post-grant review procedures at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office created by the America Invents Act and implemented September 16, 2012, parties can resolve software disputes quickly and relatively cheaply, compared to the rigors of a full trial. While there are never easy answers, these reviews enable many parties not only to lower costs but also to protect their own often-nascent software innovations from predatory suit.

The doctrine of stare decisis stands as a defining characteristic of the U.S. common law system. When a court decides a principle of law, the public can confidently presume future cases in front of that court will follow the same principle, thus ensuring stability and continuity in the law. But at agencies like the U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC” or “Commission”), the doctrine does not apply. This Article explores the legal framework that allows federal agencies like the ITC to set aside their own precedent, explains how the appeals court examines such agency decisions, and details recent ITC decisions where the Commission set aside its own precedent.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) hosts some of the world''s most contentious billion-dollar patent litigants, who seek quick turnaround times and the prospect of a broad exclusion order against infringing imports. For almost forty years, parties have treated it as an alternative (or supplement) to patent litigation. Yet the statutory authority governing ITC violations makes room for many other types of unfair intellectual property violations to be investigated by the Commission as well, including, significantly, trade secret misappropriation. Practitioners have begun to take notice. Since the notorious TianRui appellate decision, the ITC has initiated five trade secret investigations, all sharing similar fact patterns. The time has long come for an exhaustive survey of all of the trade secret cases the ITC has handled over the years, an elucidation of the current ITC law of trade secrets, and a comprehensive guide that future parties can follow in bringing an investigation.
