They spread out to the north and also through the sea of Hahn to Japanese archipelago to Okinawa. Baekjae even had the Chinese Imperial Seal for awhile. Constant struggle of two groups is the History of Northeast Asia. This New Theory needs to be assessed by others.

People require certain things to live. These are the essentials for living. Food, clothing, and shelter are included. Each of these comes from the resources that are naturally found on the earth. Without these resources, human life would not be possible. What about the future? Will we run out of resources? More people require more of the earth's resources. In some cases, the earth's resources are remaining constant. New resources are not being found or are formed very slowly. Understanding natural resources helps us to be better users. - p. 1.

This paper provides a theoretical analysis of optimal minimum wage policy in a perfectly competitive labor market. We show that a binding minimum wage -- while leading to unemployment -- is nevertheless desirable if the government values redistribution toward low wage workers and if unemployment induced by the minimum wage hits the lowest surplus workers first. This result remains true in the presence of optimal nonlinear taxes and transfers. In that context, a minimum wage effectively rations the low skilled labor that is subsidized by the optimal tax/transfer system, and improves upon the second-best tax/transfer optimum. When labor supply responses are along the extensive margin, a minimum wage and low skill work subsidies are complementary policies; therefore, the co-existence of a minimum wage with a positive tax rate for low skill work is always (second-best) Pareto inefficient. We derive formulas for the optimal minimum wage (with and without optimal taxes) as a function of labor supply and demand elasticities and the redistributive tastes of the government. We also present some illustrative numerical simulations.

As a tremendous quantity of radioactive waste liquor from nuclear fuel reprocessing is at present stored at great cost, this process is most promising as a means to convert such waste liquor to a granular solid for ultimate disposal . The control of the size of particles in a fluidized calciner is essential for the stability of its operation. The purpose of this investigation was to study the factors underlying the factors of particle growth.
