L''ultimo inverno è un romanzo d''esordio di rara potenza espressiva, dominato da un linguaggio plasmato dalla penna di un grande scrittore, un romanzo sull''America di ieri e di oggi che parla dell''amore tra un padre e un figlio, della fierezza della natura, del ricordo e della fantasia.
