If the design and marketing of the plan is effective, the practitioner will no longer be dependent upon national managed vision care plans for patient volume. A small business employer can utilize the plan to improve recruitment, increase retention, and productivity of current and prospective employees. The employees have the opportunity to access comprehensive eyecare in a professional environment without restrictions or regulations on services or materials.
