Partis à Rome pour trouver une arme capable de vaincre le Boss, Giorno et son gang sont attaqués par Chocolatto & Secco, deux criminels psychopathes mais aux pouvoirs gigantesques. Ne sachant rien de leurs adversaires, Buccellati et les autres sont désavantagés et il leur faudra redoublé d'ingéniosité pour survivre... à moins que l'étrange mutation de leur leader ne s'avère finalement bénéfique ?

Bien qu'ils soient arrivés à Venezia, les affaires ne sont pas finies pour Giorno et ses amis. Ils doivent mettre la main sur une disquette contenant leurs prochaines instructions. Mais des adversaires se dressent toujours sur leur chemin. Ghiaccio compte bien sur White Album, son stand de glace, pour remporter le combat. Il peut en effet tout geler, de l'eau présente dans l'air aux cellules du corps humain... Un combat épique attendent Giorno et Mista !

Chargés d'escorter pendant une semaine Trish, la fille du Boss, Buccellati et son équipe deviennent la cible d'un groupe de traîtres de la Passione !! Attaqué par Little Feet, un Stand ennemi, Narancia lance une riposte désespérée !!

Giorno a passé le test ! Il travaille désormais avec Buccellati. Ensemble, ils sont décidés à gravir les échelons de la mafia pour approcher le Boss. Et bientôt, une occasion se présente. Avec le suicide de Polpo se profile la possibilité de récupérer son trésor caché pour financer leurs opérations !

Giorno et son groupe sont en bien mauvaise posture. À moins que Mista ne découvre qui manipule le stand, ils vont tous mourir desséchés. Leur seule chance est, qu'avec Buccelati, ils se montrent plus malins que lui et arrivent à le faire sortir de sa cachette. Mais le temps leur est compté et ils doivent prendre des risques insensés pour réussir !

Alors qu'ils sont en route pour Venise, Buccelati et sa bande se retrouve à nouveau la cible d'un stand ennemi. Celui-ci est encore une fois particulièrement pervers puisqu'il utilise des victimes innocentes comme instrument. S'ils ne trouvent pas rapidement comment fonctionne Baby Face et qui est son utilisateur, ils pourraient bien ne jamais voir Venise et mourir...

Malgré la disparition de Chocolatto, Secco s''avère un adversaire diablement plus dangereux que son maître, d''autant qu''il a compris que Buccellati était venu rencontré quelqu''un au Colisée. La situation est au plus mal car le Boss s''est déplacé en personne et Buccellati n''est plus qu''un mort-vivant, incapable de distinguer les gens qui l''accompagnent...

Après un affrontement avec Buccellati, Giorno lui avoue son véritable objectif : infiltrer la mafia pour stopper le trafic de drogue ! Ce dernier accepte donc de l''envoyer auprès de Polpo, qui s''occupe des recrutements. Ce dernier décide de lui faire passer un test des plus étranges...

Giorno et ses amis touchent enfin au but ! Arrivés à Rome pour rencontrer leur mystérieux informateur, ils doivent cependant se défaire des derniers obstacles qui leur barrent la route... En particulier, Oasis un adversaire singulièrement retors qui peut se mouvoir dans le sol comme s''il nageait ! Cette bataille est décisive car le vainqueur connaîtra enfin la véritable identité du boss !

Buccellati et ses compagnons viennent d''arriver en Sardaigne, dans le village natal du Boss. Ils ont bien l''intention d''utiliser Moody Blues pour découvrir son identité. Mais ce dernier ne compte pas se laisser faire et a envoyé Doppio, son plus fidèle homme de main. Sauf que ce dernier se retrouve face à Risotto Nero, un des tueurs à gages les plus cruels du groupe, et il a décidé lui aussi de découvrir la vérité concernant le boss...

Après avoir intégré la bande à Buccellati, Giorno participe à sa première vraie mission : escorter et protéger la fille du Boss. Mais de par le mystère qui entoure son père, la demoiselle est la cible de tous les gangsters qui souhaitent progresser dans la pègre. Et bientôt, le jeune Narancia est attaqué par Formaggio, un manieur de stand particulièrement retors qui cherche à découvrir l''emplacement de leur planque !

La course pour dénicher le trésor de Polpo bat son plein. Comme il fallait s''y attendre, Bucellati et ses hommes ne sont pas les seuls sur le coup. Un homme est déjà là, sur leurs traces. Et il s''agit d''un manieur de stand particulièrement dangereux. Heureusement pour Mysta, Sex Pistols est lui aussi un Stand très puissant !

Joseph se rend au Japon pour retrouver son petit fils, Jotaro, qu''il n''a pas vu depuis des années. Ce dernier a développé d''étranges pouvoirs qu''il utilise pour se faire un nom chez les voyous. Joseph lui explique qu''il s''agit d''un Stand, une sorte de matérialisation de son esprit combatif, possédant des capacités propres à chacun.
